If you are a developer for iOS devices(iPhones, iPod Touches and iPads), and you have access to the betas of iOS 5, then I suggest downloading and checking out the iOS 5 beta right now.
However, a developer has done some investigation into iOS 5 and has found some device identifiers which hint at some upcoming iOS devices. Apple normally gives it’s hardware some identifier which they use internally. In particular, the identifiers given here, are “iPad3,1” and “iPad3,2”. These identifiers hint at what might be two versions of the iPad 3. It also has the identifiers ”iPhone4,1” and “iPhone4,2”. My thinking is these identifiers point to two versions of either the iPhone 5 or the iPhone 4S.
Don’t hold me to my words, but this is what I think this means. Until next time, this is Adiman423 on behalf of iPhone Tutorial Videos signing out.
