Great video detailing how to back up your i phone contacts directly to your Windows Address Book in XP -simple step by step explanation. 1.Connect iPhone to iTunes 2.Select iPhone on left panel 3.Navigate to Info tab 4.Check box to sync with Windows Address Book (selected from drop down) 5.Select All Contacts 6.Click Sync To get to Windows Address Book: 1. locate Start menu 2. select All programs 3. select Accessories 4. select Windows Address Book

Great I did it and I open my adress book and NO contacts at all!!! I lost all my contacts
there is nothing on adress book
