Why am i having iphone 3g connection problems?

I am an owner of the iphone 3g and am on rogers. Recently all of my calls have been dropped within the first 10-20 seconds. does anyone have a reason why? Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

i recommend you to upgrade your firmware (iPhone OS) to the latest i.e 2.1 which resolved much of 3G reception problems !!

I definately agree with the advise since updating the software using iTunes fixes a fee bugs that the apple developers have found.

In my opponion,one of the strongest benefits of he iPhone is the fact that apple will bring out software updates much quicker than you can expect from other mobile phone manufacturers.

Using iTunes also makes it so easy to update the software on your phone that anyone can do it with one press if a button.

Simply
1) connect your iPhone to your of or mac.
2) Open up iTunes.
3) click the check for updates button
