My iphone cannot make or receive calls. the battery doesn't charge. When I plug in the power, it keeps rebooting. It is hacked, I'd like to bring it back to factory settings. I don't know how to do any of this.

the iPhone guesses what the next character is going to be, In English it's pretty simple, then allocates a larger fudge factor to those characters!

Are there any known problems with bluetooth connection between iPhone and car bluetooth handfree device?
I was able to pair my iPhone with my car handfree bluetooth device. However, once I turned off the bluetooth on my iPhone and turned it back on, both devices were not able to detect each other. I had no problem with my other two bluetooth phones previously. Firmware version for my iPhone is v1.0.1.

They will replace it with another first gen iPhone as long as they have them in stock.
If you bought it from the Apple Store I would talk to the manager. Explain the problems you are having and bitch and complain until they give you the new phone as a replacement instead.

It doesn't have any problems. The only problems right now are only small ones. Only *some* of the apps from the app store don't work, but other than that it works perfectly fine. I haven't had any problems with mine yet.

What are the new iPhone 3G problems?
I really want to get one of the new IPhone 3G's. I saw on Yahoo that there has been problems with them. That's very unlike Apple… What are the problems and when will they be resolved? Thanx.
The problems were on the first day. Apple released the 3G iPhone and the software update for the previous iPhone at the same time. Whenever you upgrade or buy a new iPhone, you must use iTunes to activate your phone.
This caused a major system overload for iTunes on Friday morning since both the new users and the old users were all trying to activate at the same time. So everyone that upgraded their phone could not activate them and those that got the 3G had their old phones deactivated and then they could not get their new 3G phone activated. Both sets of people were without phone service.
By noon (Pacific) on Friday, the problems that Apple was having was resolved and everyone was able to get their phones activated.
If you buy one now, there should be no issues getting it activated.
Why am i having iphone 3g connection problems?
I am an owner of the iphone 3g and am on rogers. Recently all of my calls have been dropped within the first 10-20 seconds. does anyone have a reason why? Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

i recommend you to upgrade your firmware (iPhone OS) to the latest i.e 2.1 which resolved much of 3G reception problems !!
I definately agree with the advise since updating the software using iTunes fixes a fee bugs that the apple developers have found.
In my opponion,one of the strongest benefits of he iPhone is the fact that apple will bring out software updates much quicker than you can expect from other mobile phone manufacturers.
Using iTunes also makes it so easy to update the software on your phone that anyone can do it with one press if a button.

3) click the check for updates button
