First step is to open cydia and add the following source: apt.dmytro.me

Next search for the App called USB drive

INSTALLATION AND USE

1. Install USB Drive from my Cydia repository.
2. Launch USB Drive.
3. Create some disk. It takes a while to allocate large amount of data
4. Switch to the Mass Storage mode. 
5. Reboot
6. Connect USB Cable
7. Enjoy!
8. Email me you results, what do you like or what do you dislike You will now have the opportunity to basically re-format parts of the iphone hard-drive so that it can be picked up as a USB hard-drive on a PC or Mac
