Faceplant iPhone App to show Facetime availability

If you are lucky enough to have tried Facetime on the iPhone 4 then you will know what great experience it is.

Strangely it is much more immersing than Skype Calls, Probably because you are so mobile while doing it and able to really show the person WHAT you are seeing in a natural fashion.

Now the biggest problem is still that you don’t know who is available to Facetime with unless you call them up or send a text and ask “Hey, are you on Wifi and can you do a Facetime call?”

This is simply inefficient and surely there has to be a better way.

Well, there is a new App coming called FacePlant

Facetime’s a fun iPhone feature, but can be annoying to use if you’re not certain whether your contact is connected to a Wi-fi network or even has an iPhone 4 in the first place. Faceplant fixes that problem and more.
