iDongle hardware iPhone jailbreak tool makes hacker life a little simpler

A hacker at has decided to bring his resourcefulness and creativity together to
create the world’s first Harware based iPhone Jailbreaking hack.
It is called the iDongle, a piece of hardware that can jailbreak and activate
iPhone 3GS or an iPod touch which is running OS 3.1.2 simply by plugging the devide into the connector.
Although the device is only in prototype form at the moment, the idea would be that someone who wish to jailbreak their, and their friend’s iPHone will be able to do so without the need for a computer.
(I see a business opportunity and small one man “Jailbreak-your-iPHone here” flea market stalls jumping up)

I just downloaded and watched a very interesting version of “Peter and the wolf” in iTunes.
Quite impressed actually.
It’s part of the http://www.itunes12daysofchristmas.co.uk give away where you get a free movie, video, song or app for free, and who knows maybe even an eBook as well.
The movie is only free for today and I believe it is only or the UK iTunes store, but if you have followed my previous tutorial on how to create and account for mother countries store you will be able to get it.

UK iPhone Customers: o2 or Orange?
If you are considering getting an iPhone or considering changing to another Mobile network now that the iPhone is available on both o2 and Orange there are a few things to consider but Pice doesn’t seem to really be a factor at all.
One additional thing that you need to know is that Orange UK only provide you Visual Voicemail on the iPhone and Maxima priceplans so if you go Pay as you Go, it won’t be available.

I disagree completely with the prediction from McAffee regarding
iPhone app security in 2010

This interresting Bluetooth hardware device is a great tool if you have problems waking up.
Apparently it reads your sleeping patterns and decides when it is he best timeto wake up during a specified tome range that you configured.

How to purchase or download an App or song only available in another country’s iTunes Store
It has already happened to me twice that I wanted to download or purchase an app and it wasn’t available in the UK iTunes store (where I’m currently located)
